I was worried about this company at first due to 3.7 review. I am glad I still decided to fly with them. The company was very responsive, the pilot was very professional and we had a really good time! The crew works really hard and is very professional.

Wine Country Balloons with them on the San Francisco,CA Day 2015 with my wife. They were Very professional, Pilot seemed experienced and answered our questions well. Location is very good. Once we landed in a field, the owner of the farm welcomed us with a bottle of wine and apparently this is a custom there :)
