Union Square used to be a nice tourists area, it always crowded, live and busy. Today when I went there, it's so empty. You can only see many homeless down there. Many stores around there closed for good because of Covid-19. You don't feel safe walking by youself, too many homeless and crazy people.
It’s a beautiful place to visit for any tourist coming to San Francisco. It’s very picturesque, reminds me of Times Square in NYC. Very near to the iconic city view teams and there many luxury retailers such as Gucci, sales fifth, etc. don’t forget to visit the Apple store in the corner too.
