Fantastic costumer service, had to contact them because of an assembly error on my part and they were happy to help! Don't know what the one bad review on here had going on but it sounds like they were quick to jump the gun. Great product, wonderful team.

Rack arrived on time and looks great on my ford pinto. Convenient and quick.

DO NOT BUY. 2 vacuum cups didn't work straight out of the box and the rack ripped the first time I used it. $450 right down the drain. Their customer service is also garbage. I sent an email Thursday, and I didn't get a reply until Sunday. They don't have a place to review their product on their website.... This is why. Get a Seasucker.
