Theater isn't in great condition and the screen size isn't overly large - but they play movies nobody else does in Camarillo and the people who work there are wonderful. Would be nice if Regency put some money into the theater.

Nice little theater. No issues with video or sound. Seating isn't the best you could ask for, but that doesnt really matter much anyway. Concessions include things like nachos, ice cream, popcorn, etc. The reason youd visit is to watch niche films and its a good overall experience.
