When a good friend suggested we go to see the movie “ The Last Black Man in San Francisco,” I was delighted to find out that it was at the Landmark’s Shattuck Cinemas! The seats were comfortable and there was space to stretch my long legs. …
I am a fan of the Landmark Cinema chain and this was my first time attending an East Bay Landmark movie theater. I was impressed with the historical significance of the building and architecture. I enjoyed the historic photographs on display in the lobby. The full-bar onsite is an added amenity.
Cozy and clean. Nice big chairs that recline ALL THE WAY BACK! The audio was mediocre, but the staff is very friendly. They serve beer that you can enjoy in the theater.
