I’ve been here too many times where someone was working a department they didn’t know and had to wait on the one person who knew something who had ten people waiting on them. They show things online as in stock and never have it when I go to the store. It’s big Corp music store but at least staff it better or manage the staff better.
Had a great experience here! Excellent staff! Tim Drake - at the Emeryville location - provides phenomenal customer service! I received a guitar amp with a missing power cord, Tim took care of it immediately. He was extremely accommodating, pleasant, and professional. Will continue to shop here.
