Must visit if you are in the city! I've been here on several occasions for Bay to Breakers and Oysterfest, and it's always been in different areas of the park because it's so huge! This is the perfect park for some sunbathing, people watching and just hanging out with friends for a picnic or something.

This was a beautiful place to watch the sunset, but it got cold quick! Dress is layers and/or bring a blanket. The bathrooms here are not open later than the visitor's center, which closes at 5 pm, so keep that in mind if you are planning …
