Service are mean. They know that I called but still hang off on me.
Waited all day for a TV delivery. Two hours after the 4-hour delivery window elapsed, I got a call asking how my delivery went. Told them it didn't come nor was there an attempted of contact, and they said they'll ask the driver but they just hung up on me. Update: for rescheduled delivery, everything went perfectly.
The Geek Squad was able to recover my files off my damaged laptop within the day. The customer service was great-they were clear, efficient, and friendly. The price of $100 for document recovery was worth it, and they hepled me choose a backup hard drive to avoid this disaster in the first place!
