Don't inforce rules ,raised rent during pandemic even while all facilities were closed in which is part of the cost to live here

My wife and I did a "sound the alarm" Red Cross event here, installing smoke alarms in a high risk area. The majority of people were very sweet to us and the houses were very nice. It seemed like a nice place to live, but I'm not 55 or older.
