Missed two of the openers because it took so long to park (it's a residential area so you have to drive in a huge circle instead of just cutting through) so get here extremely early. The chairs at the front are well cushioned and comfortable. Audio is great.

Clean, Comfortable Seating. Great Variety of Food & Drinks, Spacious Eating Area. Parking was a bit Confusing, resulting in a lot of ppl Searching for their Cars after the Venue. Sound could be better for Outer Right & Left of Stage but otherwise an Enjoyable Concert.
