Great place to escape city life even though it's surrounded by the city. A little slice of heaven. 3 easy hikes, 1/4 mile, 1 mile and 2 mile. Several lakes and streams. Lots of vegetation and flowers in bloom. Lots of turtles and ducks for the kids to enjoy. Nice educational nature center for the kids and adults alike.
Very big park with lots of activities. Bike paths, picnic spots, an archery range and several lakes make this a great weekend spot. Surrey and bike rentals available by the hour, (look for the blue shed near horseshoe lake.) Fishing is …
This is an amazing park and is HUGE! We like walking in the nature center. It's a great place for company events.
