I sent my video camera to this company in California in good faith. Their response time was terrible and the quote which they gave me was more than the price of the camera. I tried to communicate this to them and they offered a tiny (very sad) discount and had the nerve to charge me —- for what I don’t know! Totally unprofessional.
Shipped camera late November. Still waiting for the repair. They will not return my phone calls or emails. if you are local, fine, but if you are considering this company to mail your camera - don't bother.
Had my camera for months. Charged me $188 and sent my camera back with the exact problem I sent it in to be repaired. Good luck getting support.
