I had my usual experience at Best Buy. Too many interruptions by staff when I was just browsing (even though I know they mean well). Everyone was following the current COVID-19 protocol ( 👍👍). I will return because on the whole, I enjoy shopping there.
Magnolia gave good service tonight! They helped us look for this specific TV all around the store and compatible Bluetooth sound bar speakers and helped load it in the car. Happy new year!!!!
I will never shop at Best Buy again, the store has a policy of not answering their in store phone, in making an error in ordering, it not allowed to correct or cancel the order, you must wait until wrong item is delivered and then return it. Boy they ain't Amazon by a long shot. Bye bye Best Buy
