First time visiting this store to use their geek squad service. Geek squad was very expensive to use; $100 just to move files from computer to usb. Ended up not using geek squad. Good customer service & employees are always willing to help.

Best Buy service was great! Fast and easy return. one star off because the entrance to the parking lot is inconvenient and honestly a bit odd. Several near collisions in the parking lot due to fast drivers is also a bit concerning, even though it's not exactly Best Buy's fault.
