Great, huge, store with lots of displays and options to choose from. -1 star for a delay in helpfulness from some employees (but not all)

I went in looking for audio part & was eventually helped by an employee named, Alberto. He went out of his way helping me find what I was looking for & this was a great demonstration of what GREAT customer service is. This positive experience would definitely assist me in encouraging others to visit this Bestbuy😊
