Got a violin restrung and tuned. John did an amazing job and very quickly. Bertrand's is beautiful inside. I was a little hesitant to visit because of the area, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.
I lived here for a while and just recently went In, when I asked if my Dog could come. In they said of course and far her some treats to keep her busy! Stole my heart. Te selection is great and prices are comparable to everything else on the strip.
Very kind, helpful and great customer service. I rented my daughter's flute from them for two years. Never had a problem.
