Great store, but do you guys even test out used records before reselling them? Like seriously... 3/3 of the used records i got don't play for Jack s***, skipping, loops, scratches... the whole 9 yards. Doesn't make sense to sell a record that doesn't play right? Or is that just me?
One of two iconic record shops in Berkeley (the other being Rasputin's). An overwhelming selection of records, CDs and music paraphernalia. Any type of music, or artist, you can think of they have in both new or used.
I am used to going to the Hollywood location but it's great to be able to come to Berkeley and be able to stop at Amoeba to pick up some movies. Great vibe and even better customer service..
